Body sprays are so easy to make, with a few simple ingredients.
Many store-bought body sprays are full of synthetic fragrances and other chemicals, and these are a great way to make your own custom scent that is safe and natural.

Ingredients
- 12-15 drops Lavender essential oil
- 12-15 drops Grapefruit essential oil
- 1 oz witch hazel
- 1 oz. 91% isopropyl alcohol
- 8 oz glass spray bottle
Directions
Fill an 8 oz glass spray bottle with the ingredients.
Shake the bottle to mix the ingredients. Always shake the bottle before dispensing to ensure that the ingredients are mixed.
I love how easy it is to make body sprays with essential oils. Now, I can create my own natural scents without all the synthetic chemicals found in store-bought sprays.
