Using essential oil roller bottles is one of my favorite ways to utilize oils because it is incredibly easy and I don’t have to grab a ton of different oils when I am looking to use my essential oils.
The roller bottles make it easy to create essential oil recipes and have them ready to go in a portable form. I stick these in my work bag, backpack, keep one in my desk, etc.
Since I do experience a lot of stress, it is nice to have this calming blend to help me get through the day when I need some extra support.

Ingredients
10ml glass roller bottle
Carrier oil (I use fractionated coconut oil but you could use almond oil, olive oil, grapeseed oil, etc.)
3 drops lavender essential oil
1 drop wild orange essential oil
1 drop ylang ylang essential oil
1 drop cedarwood essential oil
Be sure to choose high quality essential oils such as Young Living!

Directions
Making your own roller bottles is super easy!
Simply add drops of your oils to a 10 ml glass roller bottle and fill the rest of the way with carrier oil.
Good spots to apply are your wrists, behind your ears, your temples, or the back of your neck.
Always test your skin to see how it reacts.

I need to make this formula for when I travel. It may just help me feel more comfortable on the plane.
I haven’t done this in such a long time. I think it’s about time that I did it again to help with anxiety.
I might have to try this. I hate dealing with stress, so anything that can help is a win for me!
I love using essential oils, I keep a few on hand due to my anxiety at times and they help. Plus, I like to spray them on my pillows to also help me relax.
