Here are some of my picks for organic healthy essentials available at Trader Joe’s! These are perfect for snacks, meals, and pantry staples.

  1. I haven’t visited a Trader Joes before. It sounds like they have some great healthy foods available. I’m a big fan of quinoa. It’s such a great ingredient to add to salads.

  3. I live in England and they do not have a Trader Joe’s, however I always visit one when I go to San /Fran, as they have the best snacks! It’s neat to hear about your essentials.

    I love Trader Joes and am due for a trip back tomorrow…..I have to pick up some Salmon as the Salmon I made from trader Joes last week was the best I have had! YUM! They have so many fabulous items and will check out a few of the above as I need some Quinoa too!
