Fresh Lemon Ginger Tea

Lemon Ginger tea is very healthy, whether you want a health boost or if you are trying to bounce back from being sick.

Ginger is packed with great benefits, from immune support to alleviating nausea.

You can use this to support your immune system or when you feel like you need that extra boost.

  • fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated using a fine grater (I have also used powdered ginger)
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey to taste (local honey is best!)
  • hot water

To Prepare

Prepare the fresh lemon juice and fresh ginger.

Mix all of your ingredients together.

Add sweetener of your choice; I prefer a local honey.

Allow to steep in hot water for 5-10 minutes.

If the ginger is too strong or spicy, you can reduce the amount used.
